We met up with Candice and Brian early in the day at the Ravel Hotel in Long Island City to capture the two of them getting ready for their wedding day. After a few portraits and some amazing views of Manhattan over the East River, we headed to one of the oldest, tiniest churches in the city. On State Street right across from the ferry to Staten Island sits Our Lady of Rosary. A gorgeous ceremony and a quick walk across the street into Battery Park for some more portraits and then just down the walkway to Battery Gardens. Sunset over New York Harbor made for a beautiful close to a beautiful day. Congratulations again Candice and Brian!

More Battery Gardens Wedding Photos

Right at the tip of Manhattan nestled between the ferries to Staten Island and the Statue of liberty is the only spot to throw a party on the waterfront with this kind of view of the harbor. Battery Gardens sits right on the edge of city, with an unobstructed view south over the water, and right there – with Manhattan at their backs – Olya and Stephen danced their wedding night away. They spent their day with us in the very best parts of the city, making those iconic pictures that a wedding in New York City deserves. Olya and Stephen were such an amazing couple and together with their wedding party we had a blast in front of the Flat Iron Building, Battery Park and at Battery Gardens. Congratulations again Olya and Stephen!
