Hello all! Just a friendly reminder for all of you that our production deadlines to deliver for the Holidays (pickup in the studio on or before December 21st 2011) are coming up. If you are hoping to give photo enlargements and reprints as gifts, please have orders with deposits placed no later than close of business on 12/15. If you are planning on having photos framed with us as part of your gifts, the framing order with deposit must placed no later than close of business on 12/8. Ruby et Violette – Most Amazing Cookies We’ve Ever Tasted!
One of our brides asked us to photograph her gourmet cookies for her, and we of course jumped at the chance! We love seeing what our brides’ passions are and when they turn out to be the very best gourmet cookies we’ve ever tasted, we love it even more. Ruby et Violette makes some amazing cookies, from champagne strawberry, to pistachio, red velvet and even creme brulee! All of them taste even better than they look here (trust us, we got to eat some of the samples!) and New York Magazine even considers them one of their top gift ideas for 2011. Can’t wait to go back and photograph the rest of their over 80 different varieties of cookies tomorrow!
Update: We’ve been getting some questions about what flavor these cookies are, so we thought we’d fill you in! Top to bottom, left to right, they are: Champagne Strawberry, Pistachio, Mint Chocolate Chip, (2nd row) Peanut Butter Chip, Amaretto, Carrot Cake, (3rd row) Créme Brulee, Red Velvet and Tiramisu. Yum!
