Roula and Fotis were married at the historic Oheka Castle hotel and estate. Thankful for the warm winter, this stunning couple were able to take advantage of the castle’s grounds by taking some of their portraits outdoors. Roula and Fotis sum up their day by saying the following: “Our photographer is a fantastic person, he made us both feel comfortable and relaxed as well as making us laugh. He made our engagement session and wedding day were so much easier than we ever expected. Fotis and I are both so thankful he and the other great staff were so wonderful.” Congratulations Roula and Fotis!

Rachel and Douglas’ Oheka Castle Wedding was gorgeous! They had a perfect Autumn day in late October for their outdoor ceremony and the warm glow of the fall colors was the perfect compliment for the sea of warm hearts surrounding Rachel and Douglas as they vowed their love to each other. We had a wonderful time at Oheka (as always!) and we are so happy we could capture their day for them. Congratulations again Rachel and Douglas!

Therese and Arturo’s Oheka Castle wedding was gorgeous! We started the day early as Therese and Arturo were getting ready for their day and once they had their first look at each other, we took them to our favorite spots in the castle for portraits of the two of them toghether. Therese and Arturo are fantastic together, and their personalities really shined through in their photos, we are so happy we could capture their day for them! The day ended with a fabulous party with family and friends as everyone celebrated the night away in Oheka’s grand ballroom. Congratulations again Therese and Arturo!

Jennifer and Todd’s wedding at Oheka Castle took place on a beautiful day in early December. This Winter our brides and grooms have been blessed with some very mild weather, and Jennifer and Todd were no exception. After we finished up in the bridal suite as Jennifer was getting ready, we headed down to the grand staircase, where a crowd had gathered to watch Jennifer and Todd see each other for the very first time on their wedding day. Immediately after, we took everyone out on the lawn for group photos, until it was time for just our bride and groom to spend some quality photo time together in and around Oheka. Soon it was time to head back inside for their ceremony and party. Flowers by Brian and Music by Code Bleu made the night complete at the castle. Congratulations again Jennifer and Todd!

Caroline and Christopher’s Oheka Castle wedding was on an absolutely beautiful late Autumn day in November. Clear blue skies and warm breezes kept our bride and groom warm as we explored Oheka’s grounds. The sun being so low in the sky gave us hours of that low light you usually only get in late afternoon, casting long shadows and rimming our bride and groom in that glorious golden glow. As family and friends started to arrive it was time head back inside the castle walls for the ceremony and party. So glad we could capture their wedding for them; we had a fabulous time - Congratulations again Caroline and Christopher!

Domna and Robert’s Oheka Castle wedding was fabulous! A fantastic time from start to finish, with gorgeous photos, but our favorite part was seeing Domna and Robert together. Here’s what they wanted to share from their day: “November 5 2011 was the best day of our lives. Our main priority on that day was to be present and happy, so going into the wedding we promised ourselves that we weren’t going to let the small stuff interfere with our enjoyment. We delegated all responsibilities (via Domna’s some what compulsive checklists) and throughout the day took mental snapshots of our “moments.” We didn’t want to get caught up in the details and lose sight of the most important thing, which is to celebrate being a couple. We learned to be flexible with our day. For example, taking fun pictures to capture those spontaneous moments together was really important to Domna but at the same time Rob didn’t want to see her before the ceremony. So rather than stressing too much about timelines we decided to compromise and scheduled a post wedding shoot to take goofy pictures of just us.” Domna: “Perhaps the memory that makes me smile the most is when I was walking down the aisle to see my soon to be husband. I couldn’t stop smiling. I just wanted to kiss him right there on the spot and was so excited to be standing there with him. When the priest finally said we could kiss, I thought my heart would burst with happiness. Another memory that really stands out was when Rob and I were slow dancing to “Message in a Bottle” by the Police (this was NOT our wedding song but it is one of my favorite songs). We were all alone in the middle of the dance floor, slow dancing, while I randomly sang the wrong lyrics. Rob and I are both very goofy people so this moment was just so us. It was perfect.” Rob: “I had the biggest smile on my face when Domna walked down the aisle. Although it was nerve wracking, I knew everything was worth while as we stood next to each other at the alter. At that point I felt relaxed and just focused on us. One of my favorite moments was when Domna & I were standing alone outside the reception hall waiting to be announced at the party. At that moment I just thought “Finally!!!” It was awesome because we were ready to have a good time, and we were officially a team. I loved celebrating with family and friends because everyone, including Domna and I, had a good time.” Congratulations again Domna and Rob!
