A Lighthouse Wedding – Elizabeth & Matthew

You’d be hard-pressed to find a better setting in the world for your wedding than The Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers, an exclusive Abigail Kirsch venue.  Enchanting views of New York City and the finest accommodations (including a top caterer)– what’s not to love?  So it comes as no surprise that Elizabeth and Matthew chose the Lighthouse.  Their wedding was the natural outcome of a relationship that began with sharing their lives together– growing up in the same town, going to the same high school, and dating for nine wonderful years before finally exchanging vows.  ”We were so happy to have such beautiful warm weather in March!” the bride told us.  Well, Elizabeth, how you could not expect the universe to smile as you guys made a storybook relationship even happier with this beautiful wedding?  Congratulations again to both you and Matthew!

A Temple Beth Torah Wedding – Cindy & Sammy

Cindy & Sammy were wed at Long Island’s Temple Beth Torah, where they also partied the night away in celebration.  Their mid-March event was just in time for the venue’s verdant character to shine through, which produced some truly elegant portraits.  The reception was a hit, with Bobby Attiko of Hank Lane Music providing the musical entertainment– and be sure to check out those lovely centerpieces by Metro as well.  Congratulations, Cindy & Sammy!

A Lighthouse Wedding – Cynthia & Zhen

Cynthia and Zhen’s storybook New York wedding had it all.  Bride and groom thrilled to be together and looking incredibly classy?  Check.  Excellent venue?  Check– The Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers, part of the Abigail Kirsch collective.  Unbelievable views of New York City?  Check.  Portraits to die for downtown?  Check.  Cute origami?  Checkmate.  So it’s only logical that Cynthia and Zhen’s wedding easily brought out the creativity and artistry that Brett Matthews loves providing for each and every one of its events.  Congratulations, you two!

A Fountainhead Wedding – Barrie & Eric

Barrie and Eric took their portraits at the very scenic Glen Island Harbour Club, where our photographers used a radiant sunset to create the everlasting memories for which we’re internationally renowned.  After that, they headed to the Fountainhead Hall for what you can see was a colorful and tasty reception, complete with cupcakes and flowers by Arcadia!  The photo booth was a hit with the whole party, plus our friends at Hank Lane provided the music.  Congratulations again, Barrie and Eric!

A Carlyle on the Green Wedding – Nicole & Jeffrey

Nicole and Jeffrey got married at the Notre Dame Church in New Hyde Park before proceeding to Carlyle on the Green in Bethpage.  Our photographers had a blast with this fun couple, and the whole party was as vibrant as any we’ve ever seen!  They were playing the drums, dancing all night, and finding every which way to have a rollicking good time.  Complete with flowers by City Line, the reception was both stylishly decorated and vigorously enjoyed by all.  Congratulations once again, Nicole and Jeffrey!

A Lighthouse Wedding – Ally & Victor

When we told Ally she was about to be featured on the blog, she absolutely lit up– and, as you can see, for very good reason.  Ally and Victor savored every moment of their special day at the Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers (an Abigail Kirsch venue) as they celebrated with family and friends in one of the top venues in the greatest city in the world. For Victor, seeing his bride for the first time was the most memorable and special part of his day while Ally noted that the day was filled with an overwhelming amount of love.  Fun tidbit: Ally and Victor’s wedding was the first to feature Georgetown Cupcake since they opened in NYC.  Congratulations, Ally and Victor!
