Courtnie and Brian’s wedding at East Wind Estate was a gorgeous affair. From beginning to end we loved every second of their day, and being able to capture it for them. Here’s a few memories that Courtnie wanted to share: “The day was perfect…the weather was warm with a breeze…not humid at all. We were so thankful that Hurricane Irene came the weekend before! We saw each other before the ceremony which was amazing!!! We had that time together to really take everything in. Seeing Brian, his back towards me, was a moment I’ll never forget…so many feelings rushed through my body knowing after all this time and planning, it was all coming together for this very moment when he saw me for the very first time and we are about to be married. I’ve never felt so calm but so elated at the same time. He told me that he felt like time was standing still until Chris told him to turn around and that when he did it was one of the greatest moments of his life. After the reveal we headed over to Baiting Hollow Vineyards to take pictures. We loved having the North Hampton Room at The East Wind… The entire staff at the East Wind helped make our day that much more special from our coordinator Barbara to our Maitre’D and Bridal Attendant; they made us feel like they would do anything to make sure our day was perfect. They did, and it was! Getting married outside surrounded by flowers is something I always dreamed of so I was really happy that Brian loved it just as much. He says that one of his favorite moments from the ceremony was when the Reverend expressed that from that day forward we would introduce each other by saying “this is my husband” and “this is my wife”. Lenea from With All My Heart did the most amazing job with our flowers and linens…I couldn’t believe how someone could capture my vision for our day as perfect as she did. The flowers were simply stunning!!! We were pleasantly surprised that after our 2 week vacation in Hawaii there was a single rose left on our kitchen table that was from our centerpiece and just then started turning…. Jason from Top Tiers made us a beautiful red velvet cake that was so incredibly delicious!! We had the greatest night of our lives thus far and shared it with the best of family and friends. I feel so grateful to marry my best friend and have wonderful people in our lives.” What an amazing couple – congratulations again Courtnie and Brian!
